Delivery Policy

Delivery Notifications
- Customers will be notified prior to the dispatch of their orders.
Customer's Availiablity
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure availability or arrange for someone to receive the order at the provided address during delivery time.
Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is made and the customer is unreachable or unavailable to receive the order (despite prior notification), the order will be returned to our store.
Repeat Delivery Charge
- In cases where a repeat delivery is required due to the customer’s unavailability or failure to respond to the point of delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
This fee must be paid before the second attempt is made. - Alternatively, the customer can pick up their order from our store.
