Shipping
We offer same day delivery within Abuja for orders placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next day. Delivery is by Dispatch Bikes/Uber depending on package size.
We offer in-store pick-up for online purchases.
Outside Abuja / Nigeria is by courier service.
Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Fancy Place.
We offer refund and/or exchange within 24 hours of your purchase/delivery. If 24 hours have passed since your order was delivered, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
We recommend you check your order as soon as it is delivered. This is to ensure your order is complete and all parts are intact for items requiring assembly.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging (gift item(s) must be returned as well).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sales items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your account details will be requested, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we are notified within 24 hours. If you need to exchange an item, please send a WhatsApp message to +2348186119199.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
